Privacy

We process personal information to provide SouthFin: your name, email, company name, login sessions, accounting records you store, billing and tax-invoice details, IP address at sign-up when you accept these terms, and payment references from Netcash or PayPal. We do not store full card numbers.

We use this information to run the service, send verification, welcome, billing and reminder mail, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties (including tax invoices we must keep).

We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing mail unless you ask us to. Processors such as Netcash, PayPal, and our email host (mail.mysouth.io) see only what they need to take payment or send mail. PayPal may process payment data outside South Africa.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your account by emailing hello@mysouth.co. We will keep records we must keep for tax or security, typically invoices and payment references for at least five years.
